Day 1: Casablanca – Welcome to Your Moroccan Food Tour :

Day 2: Meknes to Moulay Idriss – Tasting Delights on Your Moroccan Food Tour :

The Moroccan Food Tour begins at a fast pace today as the first train from Casablanca to the ancient Imperial city of Meknes is boarded. We walk over the old city and grab the history and life of the locals right away. Then we take a trip to the surrounding town of Moulay Idriss where we will stay in our beautiful guesthouse. Day 3: Chefchaouen – Blue City Beauty on Your Moroccan Food Tour :

Today we begin the ride back to Marrakech and we are heading to this renowned city via the beautiful mountain passes. Along the way we visit a cooperative of women who make local argan oil that is excellent to cook with and to use as a beauty item. As a result, we observe the whole process of cracking the nuts and squeezing the oil and are informed about such a Moroccan product.

After we enter Marrakech, we follow a very exciting tasting path in the medina. We go to a local store as well where we can see how they are making special spiced coffee with hot sand. Day 11: Marrakech – Hands-On Cooking :
